We caught up with Julian McCarty and Eugene Correia, CEO and Senior Software Engineer respectively at Mosaic Voice. Julian and his team had built their existing dashboards themselves, mostly with React, using some open source chart libraries like ChartKick.

They were looking to replace their existing solution because they wanted to achieve faster loading times and had identified that they could deliver more value to their customers with an improved experience.

The search for a tool started when they realised that investing further in their custom build was not the right option in the long term. "To extend or customize what we had for clients would be tough and not sustainable."

The team still wanted to retain the flexibility that they were able to achieve with a custom build, but needed a solution with which they could gain performance and reduce reliance on the engineering team.

During an assessment of the options on the market, Mosaic Voice tried to build with Amazon Quicksights, Vizzly & Trevor.io before eventually settling on Embeddable.

Just two weeks after onboarding, the team had already built 10 Dashboards comprised of a wide range of charting components.
