Project Overview

HONK were planning to build a reporting dashboard for their clients, with the purpose of helping parking lot operators make informed business decisions. The dashboard would focus on 2 parts; a daily summary that reports hourly sales volume, and a more robust dashboard that allows our client to dig into their sales data.

Tony (CTO) and his team were looking to replace their existing analytics experience, built with custom SQL queries & ChartJS, and found that it was very difficult to add to or manipulate.

How HONK chose Embeddable

The HONK team use Metabase for their internal BI, however they felt that it wasn't the right fit for their customer-facing analytics project as they were aiming to make reporting really feel a part of their back office.
